Help Council co-design public spaces in Griffith

Are you a woman, girl or gender diverse person over the age of 16 living in the Griffith LGA?

If so, we would love you to help us design safer spaces in our CBD.

Transport for NSW has partnered with Griffith City Council to create and test positive long-term change in public spaces through the Safer Cities: Her Way program.

The program will deliver up to $1 million worth of public interventions with help of the community through a co-design process. This is where we need your help!

Working with representatives from Griffith City Council, you will help develop the future of the CBD through a creative workshop.

You will also be involved in a guided walk through the CBD to analyse and record your personal feelings on the CBD, in terms of safety.

You will be provided with a delicious meal or nibbles for your time and to show our appreciation, a $100 gift voucher will be given at the conclusion of the program to all participants.

To make this a success, we will require participants to be available for at least one 1.5 hour walk, and one co-design session.
