Eyes Front
Eyes Front, an organisation that works with vulnerable populations like the homeless, is creating bush fire rebuild and clean up teams to help the newly homeless from the bush fires. Two vulnerable communities of people coming together to help each other get through a tough time and literally rebuild communities together.
The team leaders will come (mainly) from the veterans community as their leadership in challenging situations is second to none, but they also love to help others.
This initiative sees a number of groups helping each other in ways that aren’t just visual. The psychological safety each of them get from one another is remarkable and helps each of them individually and collectively.
