How to watch theFootball Federation AustraliaCup in 2021

The FFA Cup Final Rounds are fast approaching, and there will be a new way to watch Australia’s premier club knockout competition in 2021!

Last month, Football Australia announced a landmark media rights agreement with 10 ViacomCBS for the broadcast of matches of the Australian National Teams and the FFA Cup.

And with the deal commencing on 1 August 2021, it means the FFA Cup will be the first live football shown under the new agreement.

In 2021, the FFA Cup Final Rounds & Final Rounds Play Offs will be shown live and free via 10 Play, with the FFA Cup Final to be shown on free-to-air TV for the first time in the competitions history.

The FFA Cup will also begin a shift in how the competition will be fixtured from 2022, moving towards playing the Final Rounds on weekends to maximise viewing and attendance opportunities for fans of the competition and participating clubs.

The first ever Round of 32 match to be scheduled for a weekend is South Melbourne FC v Melbourne City FC, which will take place at 3pm AEST at Lakeside Stadium on Sunday 29 August.
