Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Latécoère on its €222.4 million capital increase with preferential subscription rights for shareholders.
The team was led in Paris by partner Hubert Segain with of counsel Laurence Vincent, Giuliano Lastrucci and Lina Chaif, associates, together with Bruno Knadjian, Tax partner and associate Sylvain Piémont. The UK aspects of the transaction were handled by partner Michael Jacobs with associate Cassie Ayre, and the US aspects by Tom O’Neill with associate Anna Bellier.
