Missing elderly man, Norman Park

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate an 88-year-old man who has been missing from Norman Park since this morning, December 30.

Eric Pantarotas was last seen leaving an address on Gillian Street around 11.15am and hasn’t been seen since.

He was driving a white two-door Mitsubishi Lancer with registration plates 133FEK.

It is understood he was on his way to a supermarket on Wynnum Road in Cannon Hill, but he never made it to his destination.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as Eric suffers from a medical condition that can cause confusion and disorientation.

Eric is described as Caucasian, with a sold build, around 170cm tall, with grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing brown pants, red shirt, blue cap with an Australian flag on it and he uses a walking cane.

Anyone in the area who may have seen Eric or knows his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
