Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wyndham Vale girl Adalet Kaya.
The 12-year-old was last seen at Altona Beach on 29 September.
Police hold concerns for Adalet due to her age and a medical condition.
Adalet was last seen wearing denim shorts, black T-shirt with red roses on the front, a grey puffer jacket, white sandals and had a canvas bag with and elephant motif.
She is known to frequent the Broadmeadows areas.
Investigators have released an image of Adalet in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Adalet is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
