Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing person Matthew Barr.
The 39-year-old was last seen about 2.20pm yesterday on the footpath at the intersection near Pakington Street and Spring Street in Geelong West.
There are concerns for Matthew’s welfare due to a medical condition.
Matthew is described as being of a thin build, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a black peaked cap and a black back pack.
He left his residence in the East Geelong area for an appointment in Geelong yesterday and is still yet to return.
Police have released an image of Matthew in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone with information about Matthew’s whereabouts is asked to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
