Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man with murder following an incident in Frankston this morning.
Police were called to a property in Petrie Street where a man was located with injuries about 3am.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, was treated by emergency services but died at the scene.
A 53-year-old man was arrested in Frankston about midday today.
He was interviewed by police and subsequently charged
The Frankston man is expected to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this evening.
