Police are investigating a suspicious building fire in Nunawading last night.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at an unoccupied premises on Springvale Road about 11.15pm.
No one was inside the building at the time, which was extensively damaged by the fire.
An arson chemist will attend the scene later today, and a crime scene has been established.
The investigation remains ongoing.
