Police investigating fatal crash at Salisbury East, South Australia

Police are investigating a fatal crash at Salisbury East.

Just before 10.30pm last night (Monday 6 June), police and emergency services were called to The Grove Way after reports that a Toyota 4WD had collided with a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, an 81-year-old woman from Golden Grove sadly died at the scene.

Major Crash attended at the scene, and the road was closed for a period of time, but has since re-opened.

The driver of the Toyota 4WD remained at the scene and is assisting the police investigation.

The road toll is currently 34 compared to 46 this time last year.
