Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Margaret Snowden.
The 56-year-old was last seen leaving her South Yarra address about 2pm yesterday.
It’s not known where she was intending to go when she left her address.
Police have concerns for Margaret’s welfare due to a number of medical conditions including an amnesia condition.
Investigators have released the below image of her in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
Margaret is described as being about 167cm tall with a medium build, short brown hair and was last seen wearing a striped top, jeans and a medical alert bracelet.
She has previously been located in Melbourne’s CBD.
