Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to locate missing Hawthorn East man Raphael.
The 73-year-old was last seen leaving a care facility on Camberwell Road about 5.30am on 19 June.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he has dementia and epilepsy, which requires daily medication.
It is likely Raphael will be travelling on foot.
He is Caucasian in appearance with grey hair and a grey moustache and beard.
Raphael was last seen wearing a denim jacket and jeans.
He is known to frequent the Ivanhoe and Fairfield areas, specifically Ivanhoe TAB and Nouha’s Bakery.
