Baw Baw Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses following a number of alleged stalking incidents in Warragul since September last year.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in Brooker Park last night and charged with a number of stalking, threat to commit sexual offence and other related offences.
He will appear in Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
The charges relate to a number of incidents where women were allegedly approached by a man in Brooker Park and a number of inappropriate comments were made.
The investigation remains ongoing.
