Birgitta Henriques- Normark, at the Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology at Karolinska Institutet, has been awarded a medal by HM the King.
Professor and MD Birgitta Henriques- Normark, President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences 2022-2025, and member of the Nobel assembly at Karolinska Institutet, was awarded a medal by HM the King at a formal ceremony at Stockholm Palace on 4 February. The medal is awarded for Birgittas “distinguished contributions to the Swedish university and academic system”.
