Homicide Squad detectives have charged a second man in relation to the death of a man in Daltons Bridge near Cohuna on 13 September.
A 29-year-old Daltons Bridge man was located with life threatening injuries at an address on Eastons Road shortly after 6am, however he died at the scene.
A 24-year-old Echuca man was arrested in Echuca this morning and has been charged with one count of murder.
He will appear at Echuca Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
A second man, a 28-year-old from Echuca, was charged with one count of murder on 14 September.
He remains in custody and will appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 20 January 2020.
Homicide Squad detectives have confirmed they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the matter.
