Security Council Hears from Committee Monitoring Flow of Weapons of Mass Destruction to Non-State Actors

Eloy Alfaro de Alba (Panama) will brief the Security Council on the work of its Committee established pursuant to resolution 1540 (2004), which monitors and supports efforts to prevent non-State actors from gaining access to weapons of mass destruction.
