Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Tewhanaueani Nukunuku.
A warrant has been issued for the 35-year-old in relation to theft related matters.
Nukunuku is known to frequent Laverton, Point Cook and Werribee areas.
He is described as Pacific Islander, about 180cm tall with a solid build and with long brown hair which is receding.
Investigators have released an image of Nukunuku in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
