A woman has died following a collision in Clayton last week.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Dandenong and Clayton roads following reports a Toyota Echo and B-double truck had collided about 10.30am on Tuesday 8 July.
The driver of the Echo, an 81-year-old Ashwood woman was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries where she died on Thursday.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
Nunawading Highway Patrol officers are investigating the incident and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
