A woman has died following a four-car collision in Grovedale on 17 August.
Officers were told a white Toyota Corolla travelling south-west on Pioneer Road mounted a median strip and collided with a white Hyundai I30, a silver Mitsubishi sedan and a school bus travelling in the opposite direction about 3pm.
The driver of the Corolla was taken to hospital.
Sadly, the 88-year-old Belmont woman later died in hospital from injuries sustained.
