In the meantime, we have other self-service options available. This includes:
- using our Pay and Conditions Tool that calculates pay, leave and notice and redundancy entitlements
- our Find my award tool or our List of awards page where you can access your award and check entitlements
- step-by-step guides to resolve issues at work in our Workplace problems section
- our Library which provides specialised workplace information, including under awards and the Fair Work Act.
