National OUTCOME 2026 roadshow to bring Australian IT leaders together across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
MELBOURNE, Australia, 16 September 2026 – blueAPACHE, Australia’s most awarded mid-market IT services provider, will formally launch “Managed Services. Re-engineered.” and introduce a new category of service delivery, IT Operations Excellence as a Service, at its inaugural national roadshow, OUTCOME 2026: Outpace Change in October.
The launch draws together a series of partnership announcements made over recent months, each of which embeds a specialist capability into blueAPACHE’s managed services as well as now being available to mid-market organisations as a standalone offering. Together they mark a shift away from the traditional managed service, where infrastructure is monitored and incidents are resolved, toward a model built around automation, operational visibility and measurable business outcomes.
“The managed services model most Australian organisations are buying was designed for a different era. It was built to keep systems running, and it did that well. The model wasn’t designed to carry the weight of AI adoption, rising cyber risk and the governance obligations facing boards now, with further legislation coming in December,” said Michael Zuppa, Chief Executive Officer, blueAPACHE.
“IT Operations Excellence as a Service is our answer to that. It is managed services re-engineered around outcomes rather than tickets, with routine work automated, and security built into the operating model. The operational visibility lets a CIO see and prove what is happening across their environment.”
IT Operations Excellence as a Service is built on six operating principles
OUTCOME 2026 will explore the six themes that underpin the new model.
- Automation-led operations
- AI-ready operations
- Operational visibility
- Security-first operations
- Experience-led IT
- Governance and accountability
blueAPACHE has applied each of these to its own business first, an approach the company calls Customer Zero, running the model internally before taking it to market.
“OUTCOME 2026: Outpace Change” will run across three capital cities,
- Melbourne, MCG, Thursday 8 October 2026
- Sydney, Ivy Sunroom, Thursday 15 October 2026
- Brisbane, The Calile Hotel, Tuesday 20 October 2026
Michael Zuppa will unveil “Managed Services. Re-engineered.” at each event, while guest keynote speaker Brad Twynham will present Leadership After Intelligence, examining how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making and organisational performance. The programme also includes a Customer Innovation Spotlight on building an AI-ready enterprise, delivered by Dominic Sargent, Director of Technology, Global at CXC, an executive panel on AI readiness, operational maturity and cyber resilience, and an Innovation Exchange featuring senior experts from Microsoft, NinjaOne, Zoom, ControlUp, Huntress, HPE Networking, Mimecast and SoftwareOne.
Dean Corcoran, Chief Technology Officer for Partners at Microsoft Australia, will present at the Sydney event. Confirmed speakers across the roadshow also include Damian Vale, Channel Account Manager, NinjaOne; Frank Skiffington, Head of A/NZ, Zoom; Cameron Foale, Field Sales Manager, ControlUp; James Deane, Regional Sales Manager, HPE Networking, in Melbourne; and Zohar Cohen, Sales Director, AI for Networking Asia Pacific and Japan, HPE, in Sydney and Brisbane.
The executive panel will be facilitated by Brad Twynham and will bring together Michael Zuppa, Dominic Sargent and Vic Guerrero, Vice President Channel APAC, NinjaOne, joined in Melbourne by Rohan Cook, General Manager Channel and Partner Ecosystem, South Pacific, HPE, and in Brisbane by Reece Appleton, Regional Director APAC, Huntress.
“We deliberately built this as a national conversation rather than a product launch. The organisations in the room are dealing with the same pressures at the same time, and most of them are being asked to absorb AI, tighten security and satisfy new governance obligations without a corresponding increase in people or budget,” Zuppa said.
“The partners on stage are the ones we have chosen to build the model on. Having them in the same room, answering questions will be of huge benefit to our attendees.”
