Police are investigating following a fatal fire in Dunolly overnight.
Emergency services were called to Market Street about 10.50pm on 10 August after reports of a fire at a residential premises.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze and the scene was examined.
A yet to be formally identified man was located deceased in the residence.
A crime scene has been established as fire examiners attempt to determine the cause.
Investigations are ongoing into the cause of the fire, which is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.
