Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Paul Yakimov.
The 55-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault related offences.
Yakimov is described as Caucasian with fair skin and a solid build, approximately 180cm tall, with medium length brown hair and a Russian accent.
He is known to frequent the Endeavour Hills area.
Investigators have released an image of Yakimov in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
