Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Melih Kayasar.
The 19-year-old Meadow Heights man was last seen leaving his home address in Rokewood Crescent at 10am on Friday 3 April.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has an intellectual disability.
Melih is 180cm tall with short black hair.
When last seen he was wearing a red Adidas t-shirt and black jeans.
Investigators have released an image of Melih in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
