Detectives from Strike Force Trident are calling for information following an aggravated robbery in Adelaide River in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Multiple alarms at a commercial property were activated around 2am. The owner attended and saw two people fleeing through the campground. The owner gave chase for a short time before returning to the property.
The offenders returned and allegedly assaulted and threatened the owner before fleeing again.
Members from Adelaide River attended but were unable to locate the offenders, who had caused significant property damage and stolen a quantity of alcohol.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland said, “Investigations are ongoing and police would like to hear from anyone with dash-cam footage or other information that will assist to identify and locate the offenders.”
