Detectives have charged a 36-year-old Kallangur man with murder after a woman was located deceased at a Winter Road address this afternoon (March 9).
He will remain in police custody and appear before the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court tomorrow (March 10).
Earlier: Emergency services were called at approximately 12.50pm to a disturbance, where a woman in her 50s was located deceased.
The property has been declared a crime scene, with an investigation under way into the circumstances surrounding her death, which is being treated as suspicious.
