Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of an area of approximately 64m2 of road adjoining lot 1 on RP709771 on Abbott Street shown edged in red on the below aerial map.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.
Any person who may consider their interest is affected by this application is required to submit their written objection by close of business on 6 October 2021 quoting reference 19/28/301 to:
