Traumatic brain injury research

More than 700,000 Australians have a brain injury, which can limit and restrict participation in daily life.

$4 million is available from the MRFF’s Traumatic Brain Injury Mission for research that:

  • finds ways to improve care for mild traumatic brain injury
  • delivers new approaches for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of sports-related concussion.
