Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate James Britt.
The 22-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to serious traffic related incidents.
Britt is described as 168cm tall with a thin build and blond hair.
He is known to frequent the Bass Coast and South Gippsland areas.
Investigators have released an image of Britt in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
