Police are investigating a house fire in Bridgewater this afternoon, after fire investigators determined it was likely to be deliberately lit.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Scott Road about 12:40pm.
While firefighters responded quickly and prevented the fire from spreading, the residence was significantly damaged.
A 17-year-old, the only occupant at the time, was taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.
