Public consultation on new review body

The Attorney-General’s Department has released an Issues Paper which seeks views on the development of the new review body, including its purpose, structure, membership, powers and procedures.

You can make a detailed submission in response to the Issues Paper. The Issues Paper is 92 pages long and asks 67 questions.

Alternatively, you can provide your views on the design of the new review body by completing a short survey.

Public consultation is open until Friday, 12 May 2023.
