The ABC has 21 finalists across 14 categories in the 2023 Walkley Awards for Excellence in Journalism.
The ABC has all of the finalists in the category Audio Short.
In five other categories it has two of the three finalists: Sports Journalism, Innovation Journalism, TV/Video Camerawork, TV/Video Current Affairs Long, and International.
Other ABC finalists are in the categories of Feature Writing Short, Commentary, Analysis, Opinion and Critique, Explanatory Journalism, Coverage of Indigenous Affairs, Coverage of Community & Regional Affairs, Audio Long, Scoop of the Year, and Investigative Journalism.
The Walkley Awards will be held on 23 November in Sydney.
