ATO Working from Home Pilot

CPSU

Thank you to all those workers who had a say in our recent survey and told us about their experience with the ATO’s working from home pilot and what they want the future of workplace flexibility to look like.

Ahead of the ATO’s review of the Pilot, we had 4,425 workers complete our survey and have now provided our analysis of worker feedback and suggested 14 key recommendations to improve WFH to the ATO.

You can download a copy of our full report here.

Based on worker feedback the CPSU is calling on the ATO to recognise the success of the Pilot and move towards making WFH a business-as-usual practice.

We’re also calling on the ATO to take up CPSU’s recommendations which include, but are not limited to, scrapping the 40% cap, streamlining application processes and bringing the decision-making back down to the local level.
