Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 30-year-old man Ilaitia Maisamoa.
Ilaitia was last seen at his home address in John Street, Mildura about 9pm on Sunday 14 July.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he requires regular medication.
An image of Ilaitia has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Ilaitia may be travelling in his 2011 Holden Calais, registration 1JS-3UC.
Anyone who sights Ilaitia is asked to contact the Mildura Police Station on 5018 5300.
