Police are investigating a single vehicle traffic crash at Franklin Drive early this morning.
Initial investigations indicate, shortly after midnight the female driver lost control of the vehicle on a bend and the vehicle collided with a pole.
A 20-year-old woman from Palm Beach was taken to hospital in a critical condition after receiving life threatening injuries.
A 21-year-old male passenger and a 17-year-old female passenger were treated for minor injuries.
Police are urging anyone who may have dash cam footage or who may have seen the accident to contact them.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the accident.
