A woman has died following a single-vehicle crash in Truganina on Sunday (7 July).
It is understood the woman had been travelling in her vehicle along the Western Freeway when it veered off road and into a wire rope barrier about 5.45pm.
The 35-year-old Rockbank woman was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to hospital in a critical condition.
She died in hospital on 8 July.
The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined and the investigation is ongoing.
